Planning and monitoring of PLC systems
| Developed in collaboration with Automata Sas consulting company, development and design of PLC systems, Line Robot Controller can interface with PLC S7 semi-autonomous mode to manage an entire line of engraving of printing cylinders at night and with reduced staff. Acimatic allows to optimize working cycles, saving time and material consumption. Basic functionality: Graphic monitor in real time of line, the status of carts and operating machines (engraving, copper plating etc.) and the status and position of translators. Alarm notification system Programming graphic module of planning production. The whole system is replicable and based on Siemens S7 PLC, Delphi 7.0 for the monitor interface and frontend middletier with PLCs and Firebird Database. See Acimatic in action. |
